libaccountsservice-dbg software package provides query and manipulate user account information - debug, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaccountsservice-dbg
libaccountsservice-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaccountsservice-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaccountsservice-dbg *
You will get with libaccountsservice-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
